We aim to have this line open during core office hours (10:00 – 16:00, depending on staffing levels) with additional evening support on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 17:30 – 19:30. If no one is available, callers can leave a message and we aim to return messages as soon as we can.
The helpline is not manned on Bank Holidays – but you can still leave us a message. If you feel you need immediate help, and depending on the nature of your problem you might try

There is no need to book or be referred – you can just drop in.
